Jane Quiet is here!
They're here, they're gorgeous! The Paypal linkwill be up shortly is up and the local comics shops will have them soon. Whoo hoo! Cheers to my co-creator -- Elena rocks!
UPDATE: Wow -- check out the amazing plaudits we've racked up. I am grateful to these generous folks! Big thanks go out to Donna Barr, Steve Bissette and the fabulous Phil Nutman.
Do I want my copy signed? 'tis a silly question though I suspect I missed the place where I was supposed to note that in my haste. I absolutely can not wait!!!!
Try the Deco Color Liquid Silver opaque paint marker in extra fine. We used it last week for signing a mat board as a going away prezzie for a colleague whose last day was last Friday. Just give it a few moments to dry afterward before putting anything on it. It is paint so expect it to have an odour though it's not too strong or long lasting. I found them in the art supplies section at A.C. Moore but I've seen them in many other places as they've been on the market for over 23 years.
Oooh -- thanks! I was going to head out from campus to go to the office supply store, but maybe A. C. Moore would be a better idea. Your copy is with me today, ready for the PO. Let's see if I guessed right on postage costs.
I received mine yesterday!!! However, I haven't had time to do anything but take it out of the envelope and admire the gorgeous cover before I had to run to meet The Boy for his 42nd b'day celebration. After that was over, I spent the remainder of the evening talking to the boy, wishing him a happy 23rd b'day. (Yep, yesterday was the triple whammy day though I no longer have to do anything for the ex.)

And now the Paypal links actually work -- argh! It shouldn't be that hard to paste code...

LOL -- I have to stop off and buy a silver pen that will show up on the cover. Thanks for being a supporter! Hope you enjoy it.

Congrats, Kate & Elena! I will, of course, prefer mine signed as well...
And NICE comments!
I would like my copy signed, too!
Thanks, QoE! Thanks, Crispinus! I bet you both find the letters page of particular interest...
;-)
Non-stop day on campus today, but your books will be in the mail tomorrow morning.

Happy birthday to both "boys" -- yay!
