Well, Sarah Palin, I guess your target map worked. Don't fool yourself that it's just Arizona: that complacency has brought this country to the edge of a terrible abyss.
Happily, the target map, with Palin's darling little tag ("now this doesn't mean do violence") probably didn't push the fellow too far along, but we can wonder if he had a seed planted.
Every idiot crusader needs a target. Water runs downhill. If you give someone who wants to kill a convenient target, yeah, I think that helps make up his mind.
Predictably, the usual suspects are now trying to spin this as due to his "occult" ties.
I haven't yet heard the vest-pocket analyses of our shooter...but I doubt he needed even the nattering idiot from Wasilla to direct him to something that would make the biggest splash for his narcissitic yearning.
But he needed their help to get easy access to a Glock: he apparently was mentally stable enough for education or the army, but yessiree he was well enough for an automatic handgun.
